Daylesford's Makers, Artists and Producers (MAP) Market will showcase our local makers, artists and producers in the picturesque setting of Daylesford Railway Station. Volunteer restored heritage trains will run alongside the market so you can make it an adventure.
To Attend as a Stallholder
To attend Daylesford’s Makers, Artists and Producers Market everything you sell must be made, created or grown by you, your family or equivalent as approved by the market management. If in doubt please detail what you do in your booking request. Stalls selling food for consumption on site, food vans and the like, are exempt from this but will be encouraged to adhere to it as closely as possible.
To Book
To make a booking please TEXT your name, what you are selling, whether you will be using a marquee, your preferred site size and the date of the market you wish to attend to 0476 527 999 (TEXT ONLY NUMBER) at any time within 13 days of the market you wish to attend. Please note that this is a TEXT only number, voice mail is not checked. You may only call Saturday between 9am and 2pm, stallholder bookings will not be taken during this time, please TEXT to book. Booking requests will receive a TEXT reply with stall location Thursday afternoon. If you book after Thursday midday prior to market you may receive a late stall placement but do not expect it. Do not expect any correspondence outside of Thusrday afternoon. We recommend booking at least 13 days in advance. Please note that public liability insurance is required as is product insurance if selling consumables, send a copy of your certificate of currency with your booking text.
The Cost
A stall costs $45 - Add $10 if powered, Add $15 if selling food for consumption on site, Add $5 if trading without public liability insurance (if permitted to do so, see Terms and Conditions). No site sharing (two or more separate operations on any one site) is permitted. A tax invoice/receipt will always be given as a record of payment. Stall fees will be collected mid-morning on the day of trade. Both cash and EFT payments accepted.
